Amanda "freckledoe" Kett
Back in 2013 when the founder of Colorful Creatures was in art school, she created her first costume of a black dog character named Phet to go with her original story she was writing a script for. It was built on a base another artist created, was uncomfortably lined, stitched together having zero sewing knowledge, and is currently rightfully retired. But wearing it was so much fun, so after several years of trial and error to find the best method to make more costumes, she opened for commissions in the fall of 2016 and has been a small one-man (woman) business since. Despite finishing college for Zookeeping and is involved in zoological science, she works all extra time for her customers.
